Before there was a product, there was a conversation. A local operator with 18 years in the second-hand and pawn trade agreed to something simple: let someone take his stock, list it online, and sell it. No pitch. No deck. Just a handshake on a real commercial arrangement.

What followed was months of working inside that business - not observing it, but operating inside it. Watching how stock came in, how items were appraised, how money moved, and how records were kept. Or not kept.

That is where TeSirvo came from. Not from a whiteboard. From standing at a real counter, handling real stock, and seeing the same structural gaps appear every single day.

Every transaction in this sector touches regulation - identity verification, police reporting, data retention. Most operators absorb that burden manually, on top of running their actual business. We built TeSirvo so that compliance is the default, not an extra step.

If the tool does not handle the obligation, the operator carries the risk alone. That is the problem we are solving.

TeSirvo will never become a generic POS system chasing restaurants. It will never monetise merchant data, inflate transaction volumes for valuation optics, or sacrifice compliance for growth. This is not a pivot-friendly startup looking for the easiest market.
