1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of `tesirvo.es` (the “Site”) is subject to the following Terms of Use. By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

2. Scope of Service and No Reliance

The Site is a public marketing and informational platform designed to introduce TeSirvo's services and infrastructure.

• Informational Purposes Only: All content, data, and information provided on the Site are for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes, or shall be relied upon as, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
• No Reliance: You acknowledge that any reliance on the information provided on this Site is strictly at your own risk.
• SaaS Platform Separation: These Terms apply strictly to the public marketing website. Access to and use of the TeSirvo application platform (the “SaaS Platform”) is governed exclusively by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA). Use of this Site does not grant any rights, licenses, or access to the SaaS Platform.

3. Intellectual Property

TeSirvo, or its licensors, owns all intellectual property rights in the Site and the material published on it (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software).

• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, or transmit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent from TeSirvo.
• Trademarks: “TeSirvo” and all associated logos are registered trademarks. Their use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Using the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
