For your shop operations (pawns and purchases): You are the data controller. TeSirvo processes data on your behalf, under your instruction only. We can't use it for anything else.
For marketplace transactions: TeSirvo handles checkout and payment processing as an independent controller - because that's what regulated payment rails require.

You're not handing your customer list to a third party. You're using a processor that has no right to do anything with it except what you tell it to.

Payments in TeSirvo flow through two rails depending on where they happen:

In-store card payments go directly through SumUp. The money goes to your account. TeSirvo just records the transaction.
Marketplace sales settle through MangoPay's regulated wallet infrastructure. Payouts are automatic once the sale completes.

Every euro that moves through TeSirvo is linked to the exact transaction that caused it. No mystery entries. No unexplained balances. Your accountant will love it.

V. Reporting and record-keeping

Your records are always ready. Even years from now.

Here's exactly what TeSirvo keeps, and for how long:

Police reports (including the Spanish Libro de Policia) are generated automatically - ready to export at the end of every day.
Contracts, identity images, and transaction logs are retained for 5-6 years. Regulators can ask questions years later - your records will be there.
Nothing in your financial history is ever deleted. Refunds and chargebacks are recorded as corrections - so the original record always stays intact.

We never score your customers or make automated lending decisions. That's your business, not ours.
We never sell your data or your customers' data to anyone. Ever.
We never store raw card data on our servers. Payments are handled by regulated processors (SumUp, MangoPay) - not us.
